This workshop focuses on basics of movement – rolling, falling to the ground, full contact and studio stage combat. - What do we need to bring?
Water! Staying hydrated is essential. Elbow and knee pads are highly recommended for this workshop. All stunts are practiced over pads but for safety we do recommend wearing elbow and knee pads while doing any falling and stage combat. - Do you have other sessions?
